Dwight Robarts, Senior Minister

Dwight Robarts was born and grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana. He received a bachelor's degree in biblical studies from Freed-Hardeman University, Henderson, Tennessee and a master's degree from Harding University, Memphis, Tennessee. He did additional graduate work at Abilene Christian University. He is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Ministry program at Truett Theological Seminary at Baylor University.

He is married to Charme Epperson of Dalton, Georgia. They have four grown children.

Dwight has served churches in Tennessee and Florida.He have been at Skillman since August of 2001. For the eleven years prior to coming to Skillman, he was the preaching minister for the Hillcrest Church of Christ in Abilene, Texas. Also, during this time he taught in the College of Biblical Studies at Abilene Christian University. He taught courses in preaching, church leadership, Christianity in Culture and survey courses in both Old and New Testament.
